Enhanced Monitor
The optional Enhanced Monitor (Options 1M and 2M) provides the VX1410
IntelliFrame with the following additional capabilities via the VXIbus and the
rear panel RS-232 interface:
H
Power supply voltage readouts
H
Input and exhaust temperature for each slot
H
Fan speed readout
H
User-selectable alarms
H
User-selectable maximum temperature rise
H
VXIbus system monitoring activities
Option 1M also includes a front panel display to indicate the system status as
determined by the monitoring system. Use the NEXT and PREV buttons on the
side of the display to scroll through the individual messages. Table 3–6 lists
some of the messages that you may see on the display. You can also display user
defined messages with the DISPlay command (see Display Subsystem beginning
on page 3–27).
