Appendix A: Power Budget Worksheet

Use the Power Budget Worksheet to determine the operating parameters of the
VX1410 IntelliFrame and any installed modules. Enter the steady-state
current (I

MP

) and the dynamic current (I

MD

) for each module (the dynamic

current is only valid for mainframes with serial number B020100 or higher). Add
the individual currents to determine the total current needed for each power rail.
Calculate the total power for the mainframe.

NOTE

. The Power Budget Worksheet does not apply to mainframes with

Option 1D, Delete Power Supply.
