To remove the monitor board (standard or enhanced), perform Procedure 1:
Remove Fan Assembly and then refer to Figure 7–5 to remove the fan assembly.
Grasp the cable tie loop and pull the monitor board until it comes loose from the
backplane. Then slide the board out of the right side of the mainframe.

NOTE
. If you replace the enhanced monitor board (Option 1M or 2M), remember
to calibrate the mainframe. Refer to Chapter 5 Adjustment Procedures beginning
on page 6–1 for information on calibrating the mainframe.
To remove the power supply from the mainframe, refer to Figure 7–3 and
perform steps 1 through 4 of Procedure 1 to remove the fan assembly and
Procedure 2 to remove the monitor board; then continue with the following
steps:
1. Using the handle on the power supply, firmly pull out the power supply from
the rear of the mainframe.
