Too many errors. An error occurred but there was no room in the queue to
record the error.

Calibration failed

Execution queue overflow. Internal error.
–410
Query INTERRUPTED. The query was interrupted before a response was
completely sent.
–420
Query UNTERMINATED. An incomplete program message was received.
–430
Query DEADLOCKED. The input and output buffers are full and the device
can not continue.
–440
Query UNTERMINATED after indefinite response. A query was received in
the same program message after executing a query waiting for an indefinite
response.
