Video Process (HA-3 & RA-5A Chassis)

The bulk of the video process is the same for the HA-3 and RA5A chassis. The differences are the connector
numbers on the A boards. Therefore this video process section applies to both chassis and contains:

Sony’s direct view HA-3 TV chassis drives a 16x9 flat-faced picture tube. The acceptable inputs for this chassis
are listed in Chart 11-1. Refer to Figure 11-1 for the video signal flow that follows.
