The SIPROCESS UV600 gas analyzer is an ultraviolet measuring instrument which can
simultaneously measure up to three components. As a result of its spectral range, the
SIPROCESS UV600 can measure NO highly selectively as well as a number of further UV-
active gases such as NO
2
, SO
2
, and H
2
S. Furthermore, there is no cross-sensitivity with CO
2
and H
2
O.
