Insert the new CAN node into the rail guide and snap it into place.

Connect the leads to new CAN node.

Replacing the valve manifold

Disconnect the MCS200HW power supply.

Disconnect the bus cable on the CAN node (
see Fig. 68 “CAN node, detail”, page 56
).

Disconnect the power supply of the CAN node at the 24V power supply unit.

Connect the MCS200HW power supply.

Close off instrument air provided by the customer.

Disconnect the hose connections.

Loosen the fastening screws with a Phillips screwdriver (4 pieces).

Pull the valve manifold out to the front.

Insert a new valve manifold:
To connect, press with a screwdriver into the opening.

Valve block, 3-fold
The power supply must be restored to maintain the device heating. Flue gases can
damage the cooled device when the power supply is switched off and the instrument air
is closed off.
Alternative: Relieve the pressure regulator.

Turn counterclockwise to relieve.
▸
Increase pressure by turning clockwise (check display).
To disconnect the hoses, press the metal ring down, then pull the hose off.
