Thermostatic switch fastening screw with a 2.5 mm Allen key.

Ground fastening screw with a Phillips screwdriver.

Remove the heating garland.

Open the contact plug:

Carefully lever open the clamps of the contact plug with a slotted screwdriver 
(3 pieces).
