Behavior upon exceeding the monitoring time (SHED_RCAS parameter in the RES block)
while checking the connection between the fieldbus host system and the PID Function Block
in RCAS or ROUT.
When the monitoring time has elapsed, PID Function Block switches from RCAS or ROUT
to the selected operating mode. The action to be taken after the fault state ends is also
determined.
