MediorNet User Manual 2.00.0
MediorNet sync master selection
The decision which Frame becomes master follows a few decisions. The first Frame, which can answer
the following questions beginning by 1.) with yes, become sync master.
1.)
Is a sync signal detected on the Sync Input?
2.)
Is the sync priority set to any other level than
none?
3.)
Is the sync signal error free?
4.)
Is the sync priority higher than that of other Frames?
If some Frames have the same answers to all questions, the decision is done by a unique Frame ID.
