2 MediorNet-Modular
The MediorNet-Modular Frame can be rack-mounted in various positions, f.i. with all connectors on the front
or on the rear side, or recessed to allow cabling from the front but without connectors or cables exceeding
the rack’s dimensions. The IEC connectors can be located front or rear independently from the other cabling.
The MediorNet-Modular Frame is designed for mounting in a 19" rack with 2 RU dimensions.
The MediorNet-Modular Frame supports up to 8 client Cards.
Slots 3 and 8 are Low-Speed slots designed for low data rate signals such as Audio signals.
Slots 1, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 are High-Speed slots designed for high data rate signals such as Video signals.
The High-Speed slots are divided in two groups: slots 1, 5, 6 and 9 are 2x High-Speed slots and slots 7 and 10
are 4x High-Speed slots. The MN-LNK4 and the CWDM LINK-Cards can be only equipped in the 4x High-
Speed slots.
Slots 2 & 4 are reserved for the Processing Card.
