Restore System Configuration

5.8.1.2

To restore a configuration from a file into a Frame, the user needs to choose the folder and filename of the
configuration file.

Figure 320: Load System Configuration

The hardware configuration of the Frame needs to match the configuration in the stored file.

The command

Com pare devices in file and in network will check the compatibility of the present hardware and

the selected configuration file. An error message will appear if the file doesn’t match to the hardware.
The command

Show devices in file will list all Frames and Cards, which are stored in the selected configuration

file.
The command

Show devices in network will list a Frames and Cards, which are present in the attached

MediorNet network.
The command

Write configuration to fram es will restore all settings of the selected configuration file in the

MediorNet network.

Restoring overwrites all actual settings and routings of the Frame.
