Initial Set Up and Navigation

Exit to Menu

to view the Program Selection Menu,

Shutdown Viper

to power down the field

to resume the Viper Pro program.

Note:

Refer to the Start Up section on page 20 for details on the Program Selection Menu options.

If a Job is in progress when the exit button is selected, the Viper Pro will display a warning alerting
the operator. Raven recommends closing any open jobs before exiting the Viper Pro application to
avoid losing job information.

CAUTION

Pressing and holding the Power button to
shutdown the Viper Pro may result in a loss of
field application data and is not recommended.
Holding the power button to shut off the field
computer should only be used in situations
when the standard power down procedure is
not possible.
