Remote Calibration 

Console

Overview and Connection

The optional tank calibration kit (P/N 117-0171-302) allows the operator to perform all the necessary calibration 
operations from the air cart making calibration of the OmniSeed system quick and convenient. The remote tank 
console allows the operator to prime metering rollers and perform the catch test while watching the air cart 
operation which can help the operator make correct system adjustments prior to starting a seeding operation in 
a field.

Note:

When performing calibration with the remote tank console, power up the Viper Pro and select the 

Display Program List

 option when prompted. The Viper Pro should remain on the Program Menu 

Selection screen while using the remote tank console. To display the Program Menu Selection 
screen from the Viper Pro main screen, touch 

Menu

, 

Exit

 and then select the 

Exit to Menu

 option.

The tank calibration kit requires a hydraulic drive system to connect the remote tank console.
