4.2.1.5.2.7 Channel Map
The Channel Map window, shown in Figure 41, only applies to Quasonix RDMS
™
receivers. This window lists the
unique names and IP addresses of each Quasonix RDMS. The Channel Map window enables linking to the
Quasonix HTAC. All tracking channels for each receiver are entered in this window.
For example, in Figure 41, receiver #1 (IP 192.168.200.52) has three tracking channels entered as: Channel 1
(LHCP), Channel 2 (RHCP) and Channel 3 (Combiner). In this example, the tracking system is supplied with only
one RDMS™ receiver.
From the Client GUI on the Windows PC, the operator can select certain parameters to change, such as the tracking
frequency and bit rate, and each linked Quasonix receiver receives the information and updates its current settings.
Certain parameters selected at the receiver itself, such as frequency and bit rate, are transmitted to the HTAC for
updating on the Client PC GUI.
