Error messages recorded in post-run report, but the run was
completed

Add an extra 20 µl volume as required.
Alternatively, dilute samples and reagents and
pipet larger volumes rather than pipetting small
volumes of concentrated solutions.

Uninstall and then reinstall the software. See
