6. Adjust the pause time using the arrows (h:min:s).
Note : The “Pause time” can be between 1 s and 96 h.
7. Click on the “OK” button. The reaction list will be
updated.
To introduce a pause during which a message is displayed
that waits for user confirmation:
1.
Left-click on a “Reaction” plate.
2. The “Reaction” right-hand pane will appear.
3. Click on the “Special” button.
4. Select “Add ‘pause until confirmation’”.
5. The “Configure Pause” dialog box will appear.
6. Enter the text to be confirmed by the user.
7. Click on the “OK” button. The reaction list will be
updated.
Resetting the ejection position
To reset the ejection position, proceed as follows:
1.
Left-click on a “Reaction” plate.
2. The “Reaction” right-hand pane will appear.
3. Click on the “Special” button.
4. Select “Add ‘reset ejection position’”
5. The pipetting head will move to the first position of the
current plate segment when performing this step.
