Opens the “Plate/well Selector” screen,
which enables selection of the target
reaction plate.
Clear existing
reactions?
When selected, the wizard deletes all
existing reactions in the run before
generating the optimization reactions.
When this option is not selected, the wizard
appends the optimization reactions to the
existing reaction list.
16. Define the number of replicates for each reaction.
17. Define the master mix to be used in the reaction.
18. Click on the “Create Premixed MM” button. The
“Plate/well Selector” window will appear.
19. Left-click on a well in the Master Mix Block to select the
location of the master mix.
20. The following message box will appear.
21. Enter the volume of master mix to be used per reaction.
