Set Plate Opens the “Plate Configuration” dialog
box, which provides options to change the
plate type. See Section 5.7.1 for more
details about how to change the plate type
using the “Plate Configuration” dialog box.
Set Function Opens a submenu which provides options
to change the plate function. See
Section 5.7.1 for more details about the
available plate functions.
4. Left-click on a plate to select it. Click on the “Set Plate”
button.
5. The “Plate Configuration” dialog box will open. Change
the plate type as outlined in Section 5.7.1.
6. Repeat steps 4–5 for all plates on the worktable.
7. Left-click on a plate to select it. Click on the “Set
Function” button. A submenu will appear. To update the
plate function, select “Sample”, “Reaction”, “Reagent”,
Standard”, or “Mix”.
8. Repeat step 7 for all plates on the worktable.
9. Click on the “Next” button to continue.
