Instructs the software to present a message
to the user after automatic plate height
calibration is performed. This enables the
user to confirm the value to be recorded as
the auto-detected height.
Take average
of how many
wells?
Defines the number of wells from which to
take an average.
Autodetect
(checked items)
Initiates the automatic plate height
calibration operation. Automatic plate
height calibration is performed only for the
selected plates.
Abort
Aborts the current calibration activity.
Manual Setup
(highlighted
items)
Initiates the manual plate height
calibration operation. Manual plate height
calibration is performed only for the
selected plate.

Check the boxes next to the plates to be calibrated in the
“Plates to Calibrate” list. Alternatively, click on the “Select
All” button to select all of the plates.
Note
: Plates which have multiple segments (e.g.,
Reagent Blocks) are listed more than once, but with
different tube types.
4.
Define the number of wells from which to take an
average. It is recommended that 4 wells are used to
calculate the average.
5.
Click on the “Autodetect (checked items)” button to
initiate calibration.
6.
Review the message and click on the “Yes” button to
continue.
