
a. In the Scanner Settings tab of the EtherNet_IP_Scanner tab, set the IP Address of the X2 or X3
port of the PAC that will connect to the Adapter.
9. Right Click on the Ethernet_IP_Scanner from the Device Tree.
a. Click Add Device.
b. Find the Adapter device in the EtherNet/IP Remote Adapter list.
c. Click Add Device.
d. Click Close.
10. Double Click on Adapter device in the Devices tree.
a. Set the IP of the Adapter in the Target Settings tab.
b. Click the Connections tab.
c. Click the Add Connection... button.
This information is all preconfigured from the EDS file. It may be necessary to adjust the RPI to
fit the Task time of the Main Task or EtherCAT Master Task time. Set the EtherNet/IP Scanner I/O
Mapping tab to use the MainTask as the bus cycle task. For example, to fit the MainTask Interval,
set the RPI to 20ms.
d. Click OK
11. At this point you will need to map physical PAC tags with the memory block being shared by the
Adapter. This will vary based on your Adapter. After mapping the tags, download your project to the PAC.
To produce tags to an Allen Bradley PLC, create a project using Parker Automation Manager

2. Select the appropriate Device for use with the PAC. (PAC320-MXX2X-XX or PAC320-CXX2X-XX or
PAC320-PXX2X-
3. Choose OK

Note: Tags being produced to be made available to the PLC MUST be in an object such as a Persistent
ProducedVars.
