6.4 Warning signals
The prosthetic foot emits warning signals to indicate problems. There are 3 categories of warning
signals.
Warning signal without functional limitation
3 beeps every 3 minutes
LED flashes yellow rapidly
The prosthetic foot works with no limitations. However, user action is required to avoid errors.
Possible errors
Charge level low, maintenance required, fault in the hydraulics
A detailed error message and action instructions are displayed in the Galileo™ app.
Warning signal with functional limitations
5 beeps every 3 minutes,
LED alternately flashes yel
low and red
The functionality of the prosthetic foot is restricted. The prosthetic foot no longer adapts to dif
ferent situations.
Possible errors
Energy saving mode:
The battery charge level has dropped so
low that the prosthetic foot has activated the energy saving
mode.
Charge the battery to restore full functionality (LED flashes
green rapidly for 1 second).
Temperature warning, hydraulics:
The temperature inside
the hydraulics is too high or too low. As soon as the temperat
ure is within the allowable range again, full functionality is
restored.

Warning signal with deactivation of all functions
10 beeps, LED flashes red
All functions of the prosthetic foot are deactivated. The functionality can only be restored
through intervention by the user or orthopaedic technician.
Possible errors
Battery fully discharged:
The prosthetic foot turns off. The
current position is maintained.
Fully charge the battery and press the main switch to turn the
prosthetic foot back on.
System error:
The prosthetic foot no longer adapts automatic
ally. By pressing the selection key, the foot position can be
adjusted manually.
Contact the manufacturer to discuss the further procedure.
The Bluetooth connection is severed.
7 Cleaning and Care
1) Clean the product with a damp, soft cloth.
2) Dry the product with a soft cloth.
3) Allow to air dry in order to remove residual moisture.
8 Maintenance

A visual inspection and functional test of the prosthetic components should be performed
after the first 30 days of use.
►
Following an individual period for the patient to get accustomed to the prosthesis, check the
settings of the prosthesis and adapt them to the patient's requirements again as needed.
►
Inspect the entire prosthesis for wear during normal consultations.
