Create a Custom Backup with Windows Backup
Use the following procedure to create a custom backup of the IPC Application Controller with the Win-
dows Backup and Restore mechanism.
To manually or automatically create a customized backup:

Select the Windows Start Button.

In search field, input Backup .

Select Backup and Restore .
The Backup and Restore window opens.

Select Set up backup .
The Set up backup window opens.

Select the backup destination.
A network location can be added with
Save on a network .
Additional Information
Preferred locations for an automatic backup are:
• A network drive
• The local drive in drive bay B, when installed.
