Create a Windows 10 Recovery Drive
A Windows recovery drive can repair Windows if a serious error occurs.
Prepare:
• A USB storage device that has sufficient capacity to backup the content of the IPC. The capacity
should be at least the Windows partition size + 16 GB. The recommended minimum read/write
speed is 190 MB/s.
Note that all content on this USB storage device will be erased.
Use the following procedure to create a Windows recovery drive:

Insert the USB storage device in a USB 3.0 connector.

Select the Windows Start Button.

In the search field, input recovery drive .

Select Create a recovery drive .
The recovery drive window opens.

Check the checkbox Back up system files to the recovery drive and then select Next .
The drive selection window opens.

Select the applicable drive letter and then select Next .
The Create window will appear.
