Chapter 3 Maintenance & Disassembly

 

3.2.38 Second Paper Feed Unit - Hopping Roller Shaft

- Power OFF the printer.
- Remove the second paper feed unit.
- Remove the paper cassette.
- Open the front cover (1).
- Remove the two screws (2).
- Remove the hopping roller frame (X). 

Be careful not to lose the springs (4).

- Remove the one-way clutch gear (5).
- Remove bush A (6).
- Remove the hopping roller shaft assembly (7). 

Be careful not to lose bush B (8).
