Chapter 3 Maintenance & Disassembly
3.2.24 Main Controller Board
CAUTION: When replacing a main controller board (old) with a different controller
board (new), remove the EEPROM from the old board and install it on the new board.
The two types of main controller board (OL400e & OL410e) are NOT interchangeable.
Disassembly
Perform these procedures first:
- 3.2.01( )
- 3.2.02( )
- 3.2.11( )
- Remove the two screws (1).
- Slide the main controller board (2) in the direction of arrow A to
disconnect the board from the power supply (3).
- Lift the main controller board, the board guide plate (4), and the fan (5).
- Detach the cable (6) from connector CN1 (7).
- Remove the fan.
- Remove the three screws (8). 8A is a large screw. 8B are the same size.
- Use a 5.5 mm wrench to remove the two posts (9).
- Detach the operator panel cable (not shown) from connector CN5 (10).
- Remove the board guide plate, being careful not to lose the ground plate (11).
