3.2.19 Inlet Sensor Plate
Perform the procedures listed below first.

- Working from underneath, release the clamps (4) of the inlet sensor plates and
push up to remove.
NOTE: The same part is used for all three sensors.
- Inlet sensor plate 1 (1) detects the leading edge of the paper and controls
the change from the hopping operation to the feeding operation. This sensor
also detects paper feed jams.
- Inlet sensor plate 2 (2) detects the paper width.
- Inlet sensor plate 3 (3) detects the leading edge of the paper to set the print
