Chapter 3 Maintenance & Disassembly

3.2.36 Second Paper Feed Unit - Hopping Stepper Motor

- Power OFF the printer.
- Remove the second paper feed unit.
- Remove the paper cassette (1).
- Open the front cover (2).
- Position the unit so you can access the two e-clamps (3).
- Remove the clamps (3).
- Remove the two levers (4).
- Remove the tension springs (5).
- Pull the sheet guide (6) in the direction of Arrow A.
- Remove the six screws (7).
- Remove the front support plate (8).
- Remove the connector (9).
- Remove the two screws (10).
- Remove the stepping motor (11).
