Auto
(default setting)
Automatically corrects the color balance in the entire image under normal shooting conditions. This may result in
slightly reduced color intensity if colors in the image are distorted.

Fine Because no color correction is performed, these settings produce better results and more vivid colors under the
selected light source than the Auto setting.

This mode is best for shots in dark locations, such as night scenes.
Note
● If camera shake occurs when you shoot in Night mode, select another mode.
●
The Close-up mode cannot be set when a lens is set to Auto. If you change the lens to Macro on the Photo mode display, the photo mode will be switched to
the Close-up mode. In Macro, the Night mode can be set other than the Close-up mode.
● The Portrait mode reappears if:
・
You have switched to the front camera in the Close-up mode.
・
You have switched the lens to Auto in the Close-up mode.
・ You have switched to the Movie mode in the Night mode.
・
You have switched to the Continuous mode in the Night mode.
