Movie photography
● The FOMA terminal offers the following camera modes for shooting movies:
Movie mode
: Use this mode for movies. You can also shoot video only or sound only in this mode.
Chance capture : Use this mode to avoid missing important scenes.
Picture voice
: Use this mode to make movies consisting of still images with voiceover. You can shoot such movies
either by shooting new still images or by using saved images.

● You can also use the camera’s light to take indoor photos or in other situations where there is insufficient natural light.

● Selecting the macro lens allows you to take focused close-up shots.
● You can shoot pictures for a long time directly saving movies in the miniSD memory card.
● You can send your movies as attachments with i-mode mail.

You can also trim individual frames off your movies as still images and send them as attachments with i-mode mail.
■ Movie sizes and numbers of movies stored
● The FOMA terminal will hold up to 100 movies. However, depending on the image format or the number of i-motion
downloaded, it may not be possible to store the maximum of 100 movies.
● At the time of purchase, the default movie length is roughly 45 seconds. However, the shooting time per movie varies
depending on factors such as the type of subject and the amount of data involved.

Because the amount of data stored varies according to the movie shooting time, the storage limit also changes.
● The table below shows the approximate movie storage limits and shooting times.
