appears on
the LCD.

Put the camera in Manual (M) exposure mode.

Press the middle button on the flash direction pad (

flash power setting (only settings between 1/8
and 1/128 are allowed).

Press the middle button (

) again to lock in
that value and the next portion of the entry is
highlighted.

direction pad until the frequency you want is
shown on the LCD.

Press the middle button (

) again to lock in
that value and the next portion of the entry is
