This instruction shows for the installation work of the heat pump water heater and the total hot water supply system.

P lease read this technical manual carefully to install the unit properly before starting the installation work.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Read these “P recautions for safety” carefully before starting installation work and do it in the proper way.

observe all these instructions, because they include important points concerned safety.
“Marks” used here are as shown on the right. Never do it under any circumstances.
Always do it according to the instruction.
When you have completed installation work, perform a test run and make sure that the installation is working
properly. Then, explain the customer how to operate and how to take care of the heat pump water heater accord-
ing to the user’s manual . P lease ask the customer to keep installation manual together with the user’s manual.

When purging CO refrigerant, please purge a small amount to a place where there is no person by opening service valve slightly.

If it is a mild frostbite, only rubbing that section is OK. But in case of severe frostbite, warm that section with lukewarm water
and wrap lightly with gauze, and then consult a physician immediately.
(c) When the high concentration of CO gas get into the eye
Rinse the eye with fresh water, and consult a physician immediately.

Caution
Read this manual before starting installation work and proceed installation work properly according to this manual.
Be sure install the earth leakage breaker. (it should be impulse withstanding type.)
If operating unit by keeping discharge pipe temp sensor, suction pipe temp sensor and pressure sensors removed, compressor may be
broken. Be sure to avoid such operation.
