3) Set the washing equipment (provided locally). (Valve direction adjustment, water drain valve closure, etc.)
4) Feed water to the washing equipment and devices. (15 – 20 L)
N ote) Check for leak from the piping.
5) Turning on the power source of the washing equipment, start the washing pump. Bleed air also from the
piping at this time.
6) Adjust the circulation water volume at 15 – 20 L.
7) Turn OFF the washing pump.
8) Add the neutralizing agent.
N ote) Adjust the concentration of solution depending on the washing agent.
9) Check initial pH. Turn ON the washing pump, and operate it for 0.5 – 1.0 hr.
10) Check pH regularly during washing till the increase of pH slows down.
disconnect and reconnect outlet and inlet hoses, and return to the section ().
Or, continue to wash longer than normal.
Repeating the above, complete the washing when pH does not increase any more.
