4. MCPMs
Other General Features
Router Output Cards
The MCPM-HD, MCPM-HD2, and MCPM-SDHD all have “wings” that accept SWB router out-
put cards. The MCPM-SDHD accepts one SWB card; the MCPM-HD and -HD2 accept two.
Each of these MCPMs includes a 16-output crosspoint for each SWB card. An NV5128 multi-for-
mat router (in the same frame) can route any of up to 64 SWB inputs to outputs on these cards.
The MCPMs have little or nothing to do with the router output except to supply the crosspoints and
connectors. However, the -HD2 and -SDHD both allow limited control over the outputs. See
