Procedure 9: Restore configuration files and data files from
the backup tape

At the ÒConsole Login:Ó prompt, type
maint
and press [Return].

You are prompted for a password. Type the password and press
[Return]. The default password is
maint
.

At the Òmaint>Ó prompt, type
rstdata
and press [Return].
Prompts similar to the following appear:

Make sure tape is in drive
When ready, enter ÔyÕ to continue, or ÔnÕ to quit: [y,n]

You are prompted to prepare the tape drive. Insert the most recent
backup tape for your application data.
Note:
Wait until the tape indicator light turns off before proceeding to
the next step.

When the tape is ready, type
y
and press [Return].

The restore will not succeed with an application running.
Enter ÔyÕ to stop the application(s) and continue, or ÔnÕ to quit: [y,n]

If an application is not running, go to step 7. If an application is
running, you will be prompted to stop all applications. Type
