Show ip ospf database, you can find the learned external LSA.
Show ip route ospf, no external routes are learned
ASBR area is not directly connected with area 0.
Solution:
Create a virtual link to connect ASBR area and area 0 directly.

How to find out the cause:
The router on which the redistribution is performed is the ASBR.
The external route filtering (distribute-list ACL out command) is
effective on the ASBR router where redistribution is performed.
External route filtering is ineffective on the router where
redistribution is not performed.
Solution: Filter external routes on the ASBR.

the ACL is incorrect
How to find out the cause:
When external route filtering is performed on the ASBR, the
configuration of the ACL corresponding to the distribute-list ACL
out command is incorrect.
Solution: Check the configuration of the corresponding ACL.

Internal route filtering can be performed on any route switching
device (distribute-list

in command). If the OSPF internal
route filtering failed, the configuration of the corresponding ACL
is probably incorrect.
Solution: Check the configuration of the corresponding ACL.

How to find out the cause:
The router on which the redistribution is performed is the ASBR.
The external route summary (summary-address network ID
network mask command) is effective on the ASBR router where
redistribution is performed. External route summary is ineffective
on the router where redistribution is not performed.
Solution: Perform external route summary on the ASBR.
Fault 6: OSPF inter-area route summary failed
