Super-VLAN Troubleshooting
This chapter describes the common problems when using Super-Vlan to
help the network administrator analyze and solve the network faults
quickly and improve the production efficiency of enterprises.
Basic Idea of Super-Vlan
Troubleshooting
1.
Analyze whether Super-Vlan exists.
Checking method: Use the show Super-Vlan command to view whether
Super-Vlan exists.
2.
Check whether Super-Vlan is added with Sub-Vlan and whether the
Sub-Vlan exists.
Checking method: Check whether there is Sub-vlan in the specified Super-
Vlan, and the use the show vlan command to view whether the sub-vlan
is created.
3.
The ports of the user device must be added to Sub-vlan, but not
Super-Vlan.
Checking method: View whether the ports are added to Sub-Vlan.
4.
arp proxy enable must be enabled for the user communication
between different sub-vlans.
Checking method: Use the show super-vlan command to view whether
the specified super-vlan enables arp proxy enable.
