Header Reel Drive

The reel drive gearbox is a sealed, factory-assembled unit on an A40D and A40DX header. The reel drive gearbox
requires no scheduled maintenance, but if service is required, see your Dealer.

4.8.3

Header Auger Drive

The auger on an A40D and A40DX Header is driven directly from a hydraulic motor that is powered by the
windrower hydraulics.
