Even or Odd (EOP)
Only relevant if parity control is activated.
1: Odd Parity
0: Even Parity

Stop Bit (STB)
1: Use synchronisation with 2 stop bits
0: Use synchronisation with 1 stop bit.
Example:
The value "0x05" ("00000_101b") means:
– Bit 0: (1) Parity control activated.
– Bit 1: (0) Even Parity Control set.
– Bit 2: (1) Synchronisation with 2 stop bits used.
