In both Sync mode and Delay mode, several controls are available to manipulate the output video
signal:

Horizontal Phase - To adjust the horizontal timing.

Vertical Phase - To adjust the vertical timing.

Frame Offset - Adjustable frame delay.

Force Freeze - To manually freeze output video on first or second field (interlaced standards), or
on the whole frame (all standards).
