Disengage

the

upper

retaining

tabs

from

the

chassis;

then,

carefully

lift

the

power

switch/LED

assembly

and

cables

out

of

the

computer.

If

you

are

instructed

to

return

the

power

switch/LED

assembly,

follow

all

packaging

instructions,

and

use

any

packaging

materials

for

shipping

that

are

supplied

to

you.

Installing

the

power

switch/LED

assembly

To

install

the

power

switch/LED

assembly,

complete

the

following

steps:

1.

Insert

the

upper

retaining

tabs

of

the

power

switch/LED

assembly

into

the

openings

in

the

chassis;

then,

press

on

the

bottom

edge

of

the

assembly

until

the

lower

retention

tabs

click

into

place

(see

2.

Reconnect

the

front

Ethernet

activity

LED

cable

to

the

system

board

(see

“System-board

for

connector

location).

3.

Reconnect

the

power

switch/LED

assembly

cable

to

the

front

I/O

panel

card.

4.

Reinstall

the

drive

cage

if

it

was

removed

(see

a.

Place

the

drive

cage

into

position

and

slide

it

forward

to

engage

the

upper

clips.

b.

Tighten

the

thumbscrew

at

the

rear

of

the

drive

cage.

c.

Reconnect

the

power

cables

to

the

drives

in

the

cage

if

any

were

disconnected.

5.

Install

the

front

bezel

(see

6.

Install

the

hard

disk

drive

bracket,

if

one

was

removed

(see

7.

Install

the

side

cover

(see

8.

Reconnect

the

external

cables

and

power

cords;

then,

turn

on

the

attached

devices

and

the

computer.
