ANY-FIN Selects the default output bin to use. Only installed trays
appear in the list.

MAIN is the main face-down output bin.

FACE-UP is the Face-Up Output Bin.

FINSHR1 is the upper bin of the 2000-Sheet Finisher.

FINISHR2 is the middle bin of the 2000-Sheet Finisher.

FINISHR3 is the lower bin of the 2000-Sheet Finisher.

ANY-FIN specifies automatic bin switching.
Notes:
1. If the 2000-Sheet Finisher is installed, FINISHR1 is the
default bin.
2. If you change OUTPUT to another bin, power off and
then power on the printer for the new value to take
effect.

5 Specifies the custom form to use. The Custom Forms Menu
lets you specify up to five custom forms. See “Defining
Custom Form Sizes for IPDS” on page 68 for information on
defining custom forms.

CHAR_SCALE
FONT_ACT Sets Graphic Character String (GCS) processing:
v
AUTO—specifies that the printer use the value specified
by the IPDS Menu EMULATION item (4332 or 4028).
v
CHAR_SCALE—specifies 4028 IPDS EMULATION.
CHAR_SCALE prints graphics text characters by scaling
the characters in a currently activated font. Character Cell
Size is defined in the GOCA data stream. Not available
for DBCS.
v
FONT_ACT—specifies 4332 IPDS EMULATION.
FONT_ACT prints graphics text characters from a
currently activated font at the font’s activation size,
without scaling. GOCA data stream Character Cell Size
information is ignored.
BAR CODE AUTO*

4032 Specifies the barcode level protocol:

AUTO—specifies that the printer use the value specified
by the IPDS Menu EMULATION item (4332 or 4028).
