Troubleshooting steps:
If servers fail to register on the
File Servers
screen of the Getting Started wizard, the following error
shown in
Figure 43 (page 117)
appears.
1.
Click
OK
to close the error message screen.

Record all servers that encountered a registration problem. In
Figure 44 (page 117)

Determine the register failure type:
a.
Open and log in to a terminal session on the server that is running the Getting Started
wizard. The server running the Getting Started wizard is indicated by the
icon. In
Figure 44 (page 117)
, server r3r10-s1 (with IP address
10.103.10.1
) is the server running
the wizard.
b.
Enter the
ibrix_server –l
command. This command lists all the servers that are
registered.
c.
If other servers are in the process of registering, wait and repeat
Step 3.b
until all pending
registration actions have cleared.
Example of output with pending registration activity:
[root@r3r10-s1 ~]# ibrix_server -l
SERVER_NAME STATE CPU(%) NET_IO(MB/s) DISK_IO(MB/s) BACKUP HA
