Open the Settings Screen.

Open the Measurement Setting Screen.

Select the number of measurement digits.

Return to the Measurement screen.
The Settings screen
appears.
Switch the function menu
to P.2/3.

Move the cursor to the
[MEAS] tab with the left and
right cursor keys.

7digits (1,000,000dgt.)
(default)
6digits (100,000dgt.)
5digits (10,000dgt.)

(If the number of f.s. digits is less than the setting, the number of f.s. digits will be
used. For more information about f.s., see "13.1 Instrument Specifications" (p.249).)
Return to the
Measurement screen.
