5.1 Judging Measured Values (Comparator Function)

The comparator function is disabled by default.
When the function is disabled, comparator settings are ignored.

Turning on the
Δ
T or BIN measurement function causes the comparator function to auto-
matically turn off.
•
The range cannot be changed while using the comparator function. To change the range,
do so with the and keys on the Comparator Settings screen. To use auto-rang-
ing, turn OFF the comparator function.
Enabling and Disabling the Comparator Function

Open the Comparator Settings screen.

Enable or disable the comparator function.

Return to the Measurement screen.
The Comparator Settings
screen appears.
Switch the comparator
function ON or OFF.

Comparator judgments are indicated only when the comparator function is enabled.
