Media ports manage PTP, video, metadata, and audio streams, card configuration and
upgrade, as well as NMOS IS-04 and IS

05 communications with the NMOS registry.
The
Ethernet
pages show details and status for each of the card’s high speed media
network interfaces. The UCP
-
3901 / IQUCP25 / IQUCP50 defaults to use DHCP for Ethernet
port address negotiation, but this can be overridden and a static IP address can be specified
if required.
The Ethernet configuration for these ports can also be set through the frame’s control
panel. This is useful when the card is first installed in the frame, to make it quickly
