BENDIX PP-1
Remove or Disconnect (figure 4)
1. Bolts (8) and washers (9).
2. Cover (7) and O-Ring (6).
3. Nut (10).
4. Washer (11). \i
5. Valve (5).
6. Plunger (1).
7. O-Ring (2).
8. Spring (3).

9. Mounting nut (12).
Clean
All metal parts in mineral
solvent.
Inspect
spirits or another suitable'
• Plunger and valve bore for scoring and burrs.
Replace as needed. .r
Install or Connect (Figure 4)
1. Lubricate valve bores, plunger, valve, and Oaring
with a thin film of Delco Silicone Lube'(GM P/N
18010909 or equivalent).

Clean
• All metal parts in mineral spirits or another suitable
solvent.
Inspect
• Plunger and valve bore for scoring and burrs.
Replace as needed.
Install or Connect (Figure 5)
1. Lubricate valve bores, plunger, valve, and O-rings
with a thin film of Delco Silicone Lube (GM P/N
• , 18010909 or equivalent). .
• Use only new seals from the repair kit.
2. Plunger spring (59) in body (58).
