Too little material is printed
At first, it has to be checked whether there is a mechanical problem. If the extruder motor rotates but
no material is coming out of the hot end, the hot end might be blocked. Also, the filament screw
might be at fault or the temperature is set to low, so that it is not conveying material to the hot end.
Once the mechanics are checked, the flow rate has to be increased. In Slic3r, this is adjusted via the
item “Extrusion multiplier”.
