No commands are transmitted to the printer

If no commands like movements of the axes or heating of the hot end are transmitted to the printer
via the Repetier-Host, the electrical supply has to be checked. Make sure the power supply is
switched on and connected to the RAMPS.

If your printer is used with an door-safety switch the door has to be closed.
