The motors cannot be controlled
Problems with the controlling of the motors can have different reasons. At first it should be verified
that the power supply of the RAMPS electronics is switched on and correctly wired. In case the
electrical supply is not the problem, the wiring of the motors may be at fault.
If the difficulty with the motors still persists, check whether the firmware was correctly transferred
onto the Arduino board. This can simply be validated by heating up the hot end.
